Flowers starting to appear

In 2005 I started to become interested in roads, lanes and motorways, triggered by an exhibition at OVADA in Oxford. Ideas started simmering and Corridors and Cuttings was born. Amongst the work was an action in which I made daisy chains on a roundabout. Why are roundabouts so tedious and boring and why do local councils always seem to think we need a piece of permanent public art in the middle of them, why not have more planting such as wild flowers or daffodils. Its early for Daffs but mine are appearing along with Snow drops and crocuses.
